PreK-5th Information
We look forward to the opportunity to help the children of our parish find their way to God through prayer, education, and service to others. Ignite classes meet Sundays between the Masses from 9:15-10:45 for PreK-5th Catechesis and Sacrament Preparation: First Reconciliation/First Communion. Ignite Volunteers needed!
We need Catechists to teach our Ignite classes. Please prayerfully consider volunteering to serve as a Catechist or Catechist’s aide. Without you, Ignite classes are not possible. There will be a Catechist meeting/training to go over the curriculum. If you are a volunteer in the faith formation program or any other Parish youth program, you MUST complete the Protecting God’s Children course as provided by the Diocese of Shreveport and pass a background test (if 18 or older). It can now all be done online.
